For a limited time, Shane is offering one-on-one audio/text coaching for you to get specific guidance on your unique situation, accountability and personalized answers to your questions.

Shane will respond to your specific questions with private personalized audio and text messages for 2 inquiries per day. In addition you get detailed feedback on your daily food journal, which you will send to him in image and text form throughout the day.
